The Yellow Jacket Sports Network has been broadcasting Greer High Football and Basketball games since 1990. We do not claim to be professional radio announcers but we do love bringing Yellow Jacket Sports to all of their fans. So tune in each Friday night and join us as we enjoy the 2024 Yellow Jacket Football season.

The Yellow Jacket Tailgate Show will start at 6:00. The countdown to kickoff begins with lots of fun, coaches interviews, statistics, previous game highlights, a game-night breakdown of the Jackets and their opponents, the weekly Pick 'Em contest, and even a live broadcast of the coin toss. And of course, the tailgating ends with coverage of the "most exciting 30 seconds in high school football", as the Greer Yellow Jackets enter through the Dooley Field stands. At halftime, listen in to the halftime show, where we'll recap the first half, give the first half stats, and provide you scores from around the Upstate. And after the game, the night isn't over at the final whistle. The game is followed by the postgame show. There will be an interview with Coach Young, and some of the Yellow Jacket stars, the final game stats, area scores, the Players of the Game, and a special word from the heart from a Network member before we sign off! All games kick off at 7:30 PM. The Yellow Jacket Network takes to the airways at 6:00 with the Greer Flooring Center Yellow Jacket Tailgate Show on WGYT 92.1 FM. For fans that like to listen in the stadium on their headset, we also broadcast on an empty FM frequency for road games,usually between 95 & 100 on the FM dial. Tune in at halftime for the Kirby Sanitation Halftime Show. After the game, stay tuned to the Howell HVAC Post Game Show, approximately 30 minutes of wrap up, interviews, stats, scores & more from the Yellow Jacket Sports Network!!

In 1990, the Yellow Jacket Sports Network went on the air as Robbie Gravley, Van Brannon and Chad Lister took to the airwaves as the Greer Yellow Jackets took on the Byrnes Rebels. The YJSN has been going strong for 35 years, having broadcasted Greer High School football, basketball and baseball games.
